Yes, orders received AFTER Wednesday 1pm EST will be processed for shipment the following week. Due to the perishable nature of the products we do not want your shipment to be held by the carrier over the weekend.

If your order hasn’t already been processed we may be able to modify your order. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Please send us an email immediately if you wish to modify your order at

Frozen items should be stored in the freezer until ready for consumption. Once thawed it is not recommended to re-freeze the item as the texture could be less than desirable. Shrimp and lobster tails can be stored up to 12 months in the freezer. Frozen sushi items (consumed raw) such as salmon, abalone, ikura etc can be stored up to 6 months in the freezer. 

Super Frozen

Super frozen chutoro and otoro can be stored in the coldest part of your household freezer for up to 10 days. Beyond 10 days the product may start to oxidize and turn brown. Although this is completely safe to consume it is not how we want you to enjoy your product.   

Fresh Uni

Uni should be stored in the coldest part of the refrigerator and consumed within 5 days. Fresh Uni should not be frozen unless you plan to cook with it ie: Uni pasta.

Saltwater Uni

Uni packed in salt water should be stored in the coldest part of the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours. They are packed in saltwater that replicates sea water without any preservatives.


We ship expedited via UPS. Your items are shipped in Eco-friendly insulated packaging with enough gel/dry ice to last 24-48 hours after leaving our facility.

We recommend that someone is available to receive the shipment and freeze/refrigerate the items upon arrival. However, if no one is available the carrier will leave the package at the address. Please be sure to add any special instructions or notes for delivery. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts or items left outside by the carrier.

We cannot ship outside the contiguous United States due to the perishable nature of our products. Currently we do not offer international shipping.
